The Art of Women's Wellness Worskshop

Breathe. Connect. Relax. This morning is designed just for you! Come connect with other women (adults and teens). The morning will start with an hour of yoga which will incorporate meditation and breathing excercises, while exploring a wide range of yoga poses. Then, learn about essential oils during a light continental breakfast. End this morning session by learning the art of Zentangle! All supplies and continental breakfst included. Dress for movement and bring a yoga mat.
