Tai Chi for Beginners

Adults of all fitness levels are welcomed to come to the Chagrin Falls Branch Library for a 3-part series on Tai Chi (April 4, 11 and 18). Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for improving overall health by reducing stress while increasing flexibility and balance.
