Join us at this Pop Up and get an update from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office on things going on in Ohio that might affect small business owners.  Specifically, Sloan Spalding will review the recent Department of Labor’s new overtime regulations which define and delimit the exemptions for executive, administrative, professional, outside sales and computer employees under the Fair Labor Standards Act.  This new rule will be into effect on December 1, 2016.  Please register at cvcc.org.
