 In this interactive session we’ll explore the concepts of constructive and destructive conflict. We’ll look at common causes of conflict and identify ways to minimize them in order to be more productive. And we’ll share strategies for having tough conversations and listening effectively.

questions to help clients identify their needs and implement change-management programs to resolve
