Heritage House

Homeowners with homes 50 years or older are welcomed to join us at the Chagrin Falls Branch Library to learn more about what the Heritage Home Program can offer you and how you can quality for one of our low interest loans. Whether your project is concentrated on roofing, exterior painting, or interior rehab, our technical Heritage Home Program staff can assist you.
