 Neal brings 38 years of experience in growing a small business. He bought Cleveland Bottle and Supply Company in 1992 when it was operating at a loss with sales of $2.2 million. He then transformed it into a $9.8 million force and sold it in January 2011. He currently serves on the boards of several small businesses and is a former member of the COSE Board of Directors
