Celebrate wellness with us and learn how to create a healthier lifestyle by attending the Chagrin Valley Chamber?s Health & Wellness Fair, Wednesday, February 19, 5:30-7:30 PM, at the Chagrin Falls Township Hall, 83 N. Main St. in downtown Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
The FREE Health & Wellness Fair is open to the public and will feature a variety of interactive vendors. Some of the vendors include; UH Geauga who will be doing FREE blood pressures and wellness screenings. Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center?s mechanical horse, Toffee will be teaching bonding and mindfulness through grooming. Chagrin Natural Health Clinic, will be offering a free heart scan at their table and also a discounted price for an initial Nutrition and Chiropractic Evaluation. Participants can learn about prevention and treatment of common chronic illnesses, and care management. The Brain Center of Ohio will be bringing their Erchonia FX 635 Laser for the treatment of chronic low back pain, plantar fasciitis, and chronic musculoskeletal pain and their RightEye Computerized Eye-Tracking Analysis; eye-tracking system that uncovers vision and brain health issues with a 5-minute test. ReSet Lounge will bring NuCalm therapy and percussion therapy to the event. NuCalm is the restorative relaxation session that you tried at the Lounge. Gin Massage & Bodywork will be performing chair massages and will have a drawing for a 60-minute Massage Give Away. All entrants receive $10 aromatherapy upgrade for free with booking appointments as well. Core Elite Wellness Fit Cryo will offer a $5 discount and free 10 min oxygen bar special, plus a $99 package raffle prize. Make sure you head over to the Club Pilates table and spin the Prize Wheel for a chance to win great prizes and free class passes! Visit Chagrin Yoga?s table for free hair bands and nail files. Geauga Vision will demonstrate glasses for color blindness with Enchroma glasses. Wholistic Integration, LLC will be providing BEMER sessions at their table which improves circulation at the microcirculation level which helps improve oxygenation and nutrient delivery to all cells in the body as well as removing cellular waste. This helps inflammation come down in the body.
