Felting Dryer Balls and other doodads with Heather Quinones at Valley Art Center

This is a class for all of those who want to try out the basics of felting. You will learn how to needle felt designs onto your dryer balls (to be used in your dryer and replace all of those pesky dryer sheets) and how to wet felt small doodads. Doodads are what Heather refers to as all those little felting items she makes like flowers, beads, insects, etc... In this class you will walk out with 4 dryer balls (at least one decorated), a flower, and beads made into earrings or pendant. Time permitting you will can also create bead rolls and possibly a bee or butterfly. All materials are included in the class, including a needle to continue working at home. $30 per person.
