Arden Courts will be working together with Hospice of the Western Reserve and Independence Village of Aurora to present this educational series. Each evening will focus on a unique topic, in the final presentation of this series, we will help gain an understanding of the five senses, use practical advice regarding the five senses to provide a sense of well-being, and understand the impact of daily stressors and the ability to combat stressors through wellness methods.
