Chef Bev's Favorite Kitchen Tips and Techniques

Join Chef Bev Shaffer, local culinary instructor and author of five cookbooks, at the Chagrin Falls Branch Library as she shares her favorite kitchen tips and techniques with you – a “show and tell” of sorts. The evening will end with a taste of a tempting treat from one of her cookbooks. Books will be available for purchase and signing courtesy of the Friends of the Chagrin Falls Library.
