Local Painting Contractor Partnership Opportunity – Chagrin Valley Area

Desirable Painting and Floors, a third-generation, family-owned painting company serving the Chagrin Valley, is expanding our contractor partnership program and is seeking established painting professionals who are interested in long-term collaboration—not short-term subcontract work.

As a locally based company, we value relationships, professionalism, and consistency. Our goal is to align with skilled painting contractors and crews who take pride in their work and want steady, well-organized projects throughout the Chagrin Valley and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities.

Our partner contractors support a consistent pipeline of residential and light commercial painting projects, including interior and exterior painting, cabinet painting and refinishing, wallpaper removal, and detailed surface preparation.

Partner Scope of Work:

• Interior and exterior residential painting

• Proper surface preparation, patching, sanding, masking, and protection

• Cabinet painting and fine-finish work (preferred)

• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and Desirable project managers

• Complete projects on schedule and to agreed scope

Partnership Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential or commercial painting

• Proper tools, equipment, and reliable transportation

• Active General Liability insurance

• Ability to operate independently or with a crew

• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
