All decorated ducks will be voted online by the community and prizes will be awarded to the best decorated duck! \n\nProceeds from each decorated duck entry fee will go to support our First Responders Day in May\n\nYou can pick up your duck now. Once your duck is decorated\, you will email a picture of your duck and it's name to the Chamber and it will be posted online with the duck's name only. Your picture of your decorated duck must be received by Friday\, May 5.\n\n \nPLEASE NOTE: these are only for decorating.  These are "show" ducks and will not be in the race. \n\n\n\nTHREE WINNERS\n\nBEST Chagrin Valley Chamber Member Duck  The winning member's duck will be awarded credit toward their next full membership dues AND another membership will be given to a new local business who is not a member in your name! \n\n\n\nBEST Community Duck: Prize - $50.00 gift card prize \n\nBEST Duckling (ages 2-12): Prize --an amazing kids gift basket full of local gifts!\n\n\n\nDECORATING DUCK RULES: You must decorate the duck provided by the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce.  No other decorated duck will be accepted. All decorated duck pictures must be emailed to the Chagrin Valley Chamber to be included in the contest.  There are no refunds. Decorated ducks will be posted online and voted for by the public.  We ask that you name your duck and that will be the only name that will represent your duck online.  One vote per person\, per duck. You must decorate the actual duck\, additional decoration are permitted to accompany your duck.  The Chagrin Valley Chamber reserves the right to disqualify any decorated duck that they find disrespectful or inappropriate. The winning duck is the duck that receives the most online votes.  The Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce will declare the winning duck in case of a online voted tie. Three winning categories: Best Chagrin Valley Chamber Member Duck and Best Community Duck and Best Duckling Duck (children decorated ages 2-12).  Decorating duck contest runs from May 7-14\, 2023.The winners will be announced on social media and the winner will be emailed.  The decorating duck does not race.  It's a "show duck" only.
