A certified Flexologist will lead participants through a 40-minute group stretch that is meant to relax and rejuvenate participants for their day. Yoga mats or towels are encouraged as part of the stretch will have participants laying or sitting down. All ages are welcome and no prior stretching experience is necessary. Event is FREE!
