DESCRIPTION:Join us in building a cosmically aware community! We will be holding a full moon circle once a month on or around the night of the full moon to learn about the current lunar energy and how it relates to our lives. The full moon is a time of illumination\, manifestation and also of releasing. To honor the full moon and the zodiac sign it's positioned in\, we will be doing a short yoga flow\, breathwork\, guided meditation\, journaling prompt and a special closing ritual.\n\n\n\n***Bring a journal\, water bottle\, and anything you'd like to be charged on our community altar (crystals\, cards\, oils\, etc). Please also bring your own mat (we have a few spares in case you don't have one). Cushions and blankets will be available if you want them.\n \n\nPlease sign up through our website as we have limited spots available in our studio.
