DESCRIPTION:Blossom Time Festival is hosted by the Chagrin Valley Jaycees and fills the streets of Chagrin Falls with strolling visitors taking in its carnival rides\, the midway booths\, food vendors and musical performances -- all annual signs in Chagrin of the arrival of summer. \n\nThe weekend's festivities include hot-air balloon launches every day\, a Sunday parade like no other\, and of course a Memorial Day parade on Monday\, starting at Evergreen Cemetery at 10 a.m.  There is also a Race/Walk beginning at 9 a.m. Sunday.\n\nActivities center in Riverside Park adjoining the Chagrin River\, and in the Triangle around the gazebo.
