SUMMARY:Bainbridge Civic Club Pancake Breakfast
DESCRIPTION:Last March the Civic Club served two pancake breakfasts before Covid forced the cancellation of the 3rd breakfast and all remaining 2020 fund raising events including the Ox Roast\, Fireworks Concessions\, Taste in Bainbridge\, and the Holiday Lighting Ceremony. To paraphrase Charles Darwin\, survival is dependent on the ability to adapt and adjust to changing environments\, and so\, the 69th annual pancake breakfast event must adapt or be cancelled. A summary of the event changes follows:\n\n	Only Two Sunday's this year\, March 7 & March 14.\n	Meals are Take Out only\n	Meals must be ordered online and in advance.\n	Meals can be picked up at the Kenston High School between 8 AM 12 PM.\n	Meal combinations are limited but all your favorites are on the menu.\n\n Please visit the Club's new website at TheCivicClub.org for event details\, to see the menu\, and to place your orders. Questions can be emailed to BainbridgeCivic@Gmail.com.\n\n\n\nWe are sure you will miss the buzz and comradery of dining in the HS cafeteria with your neighbors and community. But you can still enjoy some of the best pancake breakfast items in NE Ohio\, including maple syrup from Geauga county\, fresh made Civic Club recipe sausage from Mazzulo's\, and your choice of freshly made French toast\, and buttermilk\, blueberry\, and buckwheat pancakes.\n\n \n\n2020 was a challenging year for local businesses and non-profit organizations. Fortunately\, the Civic Club was able to award scholarships and provide support to the community at the same levels as normal. However\, the club can't continue to provide this level of support with another year of raising funds at 20% of normal levels.\n\n \n\nThe Bainbridge Civic Club relies on sponsorships and events like the pancake breakfast raise the necessary funds to support the Food Pantry\, provide scholarships\, and fund the club's local community driven philanthropic endeavors. Established on April 22\, 1941 the all-volunteer Bainbridge Civic Club exists to assist the citizens of the Bainbridge and Auburn Communities who are in need of goods and services in addition to providing assistance for the general welfare of Bainbridge and Auburn Township.
